Our consultants are some of the most accomplished Executives, Engineers and Technical leaders in their industries. The consulting division of L & Company specializes in targeted corporate turnarounds, harvesting competitor intel, culture transformations and leading change.

Our projects are completed under contingency agreements. In other words, we don't receive any compensation until our clients agreed upon goals and metrics are delivered. This speaks to our expertise and confidence in taking on a project.

We work with extremely constrained organizations to construct, deliver and execute emergency plans in engineering, maintenance, equipment reliability, operations, ERP/MRP, legal matters, financial solvency, financial reporting. L & Company consultants report into Boards or Senior Management as an operating partner. Our approach is to become embedded at the grass roots level of the organization and works in a hands-on manner to execute and deliver metrics set out at the Board level. As a result we are able to report on roadblocks impeding success or negatively impacting KPI's and develop action plans to remove these roadblocks and meet performance metrics. We work closely with teams to achieve goals and provide heavy lifting on tactical initiatives that are required to deliver on strategy. Our consultants are very experienced working with serious limitations such as minimal budgets or an unskilled workforce. We disarm hostile, difficult or resistant cultures while earning buy in and supporting all levels of the organization with comprehensive reporting to the Board of Directors. L & Company consultants work in the weeds, build trust and deliver valuable intel to the BOD.
