Testing
We deploy a number of tests to compliment our screening process. These tests provide additional insight into how a candidate will approach their role including how they will go about meeting deliverables and how well they play with others.
Candidate Psychology
We evaluate candidates' psychology from a number of different aspects. We utilize up-to-date empirically validated psychometric assessments, both licensed and non-licensed. Many of these tests are administered in a controlled environment. Test selection is dependant on the requirements for the respective role and always involves the client.
Resilience
Since 2020, resilience has been moving near the top of the list of candidate requirements. It can be a significant indicator for how a candidate will respond to challenge and change. Resilience testing can measure the following:
- Personal Competence
- Acceptance of change and secure relationships
- Trust / Tolerance / Strengthening effects of stress.
